1. Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
2. Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore new innovative use cases.
3. Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
4. Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
5. Stay informed on the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

1. Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
2. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools such as NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
3. Interest in Salesforce technologies, with prior knowledge of Service Cloud being an advantage.
4. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
6. Curious, proactive, and motivated to learn in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong foundation in relevant academic studies is necessary.

Currently pursuing a degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Data Science.
