1. Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
2. Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore innovative use cases.
3. Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
4. Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
5. Maintain active awareness of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.

1. Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex.
2. Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
3. Interest in Salesforce technologies; prior knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus.
4. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in relevant fields is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
