- Collaborate with developers to design, test, and integrate AI features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Participate in the development of Proofs of Concept (POC) to explore innovative use cases.
- Contribute to data preparation, model training, tuning, and performance evaluation.
- Document technical solutions and share insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain an active awareness of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, LLM, and Salesforce innovations to bring new ideas to the team.
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or Apex).
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (NLP, LLMs, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Interest in Salesforce technologies (prior knowledge of Service Cloud is a plus).
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for an international environment.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and motivation to learn within a collaborative and dynamic team.
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with AI/ML concepts and programming is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
