Kering After Sales Front Office Representative

- Analyze customer requests and ensure timely feedback in collaboration with After Sales functions.
- Open, receive, and evaluate tickets for technical issues, estimating costs and repair times.
- Reroute tickets and manage damaged products, including spare parts ordering and planning.
- Escalate requests as needed and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and process traceability.
- Ensure adherence to brand policies.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Customer Service or After Sales
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong customer orientation
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving capabilities
Previous experience in customer service or after-sales roles is required.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
