1. Analyze customer requests and provide comprehensive feedback in collaboration with After Sales functions.
2. Open, receive, and evaluate tickets for technical issues, estimating repair costs and timelines.
3. Manage the order and planning of spare parts and reroute tickets and damaged products as necessary.
4. Monitor the After Sales process to ensure SLA compliance and process traceability.
5. Ensure adherence to brand policies throughout the After Sales process.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Experience in Customer Service or After Sales essential.
3. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

1. Strong customer orientation with an interest in after-sales services.
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
3. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Proven problem-solving abilities.

Experience in Customer Service or After Sales is essential.

Bachelor’s degree required.
