1. Identify and propose enhancements for After Sales and Reverse processes and systems.
2. Conduct functional analysis and formalize business requirements for process evolution.
3. Develop applications and manage the configuration and implementation of new solutions.
4. Create and maintain operating procedures.
5. Provide training and support to customers and regional teams.
6. Define and monitor KPIs, producing dashboards for stakeholder communication.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. Interest in IT systems, data management, optimization models, and project management.
3. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

1. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of Access, Power BI, and SAP is advantageous.
4. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
5. Effective team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.

Relevant experience or academic background in management engineering, IT systems, or logistics management is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
