1. Develop and implement strategies to securely retrieve and process department store data using Blackline.
2. Harmonize and communicate override sales price reasons and prepaid variable rental entries.
3. Ensure accurate presentation of POS and employee discounts, transitioning to a weighted average method if necessary.
4. Generate and maintain outstanding accounts receivable aging reports by department store and retailer.
5. Review and process transfer agreements, invoices, and issue E-tax invoices for duty-free sales weekly.
6. Calculate and manage monthly recharge expenses in agreement with duty-free stores.
7. Oversee deposit lists and cash advances to stores, ensuring accurate AR ledger postings.
8. Prepare monthly AR aging reports to monitor cash collections.
9. Manage customer master data and intercompany recharges, issuing invoices as needed.
10. Conduct sales audits, verify discounts, and monitor void transactions.
11. Reconcile department sales monthly and match credit card data with POS transactions.
12. File quarterly VAT returns and prepare corporate tax adjustment documents.
13. Coordinate and support external audits related to Order-to-Cash transactions.
14. Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance Shared Services.
15. Ensure proper documentation storage and retrieval.
16. Collaborate with back-office functions and other teams to align and harmonize processes.

1. 3-8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
2. Native Korean speaker with fluent English proficiency.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Preferred experience with SAP.
4. Strong analytical and logical skills.
5. Ability to multitask and maintain patience in a demanding environment.
6. Proactive and hands-on approach.

3 to 8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
