Kering Accounts Receivable Accountant

This center plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial and accounting services to the group's prestigious brands, ensuring streamlined processes and innovative solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to securely retrieve and process department store data using Blackline.
- Harmonize and communicate override sales price reasons and prepaid variable rental entries.
- Ensure accurate presentation of POS and employee discounts, transitioning to a weighted average method if necessary.
- Generate and maintain outstanding accounts receivable aging reports by department store and retailer.
- Review and process transfer agreements, invoices, and issue E-tax invoices for duty-free sales weekly.
- Calculate and manage monthly recharge expenses in agreement with duty-free stores.
- Oversee deposit lists and cash advances to stores, ensuring accurate AR ledger postings.
- Prepare monthly AR aging reports to monitor cash collections.
- Manage customer master data and intercompany recharges, issuing invoices as needed.
- Conduct sales audits, verify discounts, and monitor void transactions.
- Reconcile department sales monthly and match credit card data with POS transactions.
- File quarterly VAT returns and prepare corporate tax adjustment documents.
- Coordinate and support external audits related to Order-to-Cash transactions.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance Shared Services.
- Ensure proper documentation storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with back-office functions and other teams to align and harmonize processes.
- 3-8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain patience in a demanding environment.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
3 to 8 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
