Kering Accounts Payable Manager

1. Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team.
2. Ensure performance meets or exceeds service level agreement targets.
3. Lead the implementation and adoption of global finance transformation initiatives for the P2P function in Japan.
4. Support Kering brands locally by developing new Accounts Payable processes and controls.
5. Support Controllers with information requests.
6. Collaborate with Treasury and Accounts Payables to ensure complete payment processing data.
7. Ensure accurate and timely daily invoice processing.
8. Prepare daily payment schedules and assess fund availability.
9. Assist with payment processing on the group banking system.
10. Support audit requests from internal and external auditors.
11. Lead projects related to SAP and module implementation.

1. Certified accountant preferable

1. Strong and proactive team leadership
2. Effective communication and teamwork
3. Problem-solving and logical thinking
4. Competence in managing high volumes of data
5. Strong Excel and general IT skills including SAP S/4HANA
6. Finance systems implementation experience, preferably SAP
7. Data analysis and reporting implementation in a finance environment
8. Fluent in Japanese and business-level English

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a background in shared services or complex matrix organizations preferred. Successful previous experience in a Project Manager position and leading finance process improvement and standardization initiatives.
