1. Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team.
2. Ensure performance meets or exceeds service level agreement targets.
3. Lead the implementation and adoption of global finance transformation initiatives for the P2P function in Japan.
4. Support Kering brands locally by developing new Accounts Payable processes and controls.
5. Support Controllers in their information requests.
6. Collaborate with Treasury and Accounts Payables to ensure complete payment processing data.
7. Ensure accurate and timely daily invoice processing and error investigation.
8. Prepare daily payment schedules and assess fund availability.
9. Assist with payment processing on group banking systems.
10. Support preparation of audit requests from internal and external auditors.
11. Lead projects related to SAP and modules implementation.

1. Certified accountant preferred.
2. Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.

4. Competence in managing high volumes of data.
5. Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills, including SAP S/4HANA.
6. Experience in finance systems implementation, preferably SAP.
7. Data analysis and reporting implementation skills.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations. Successful previous experience in a Project Manager position and a strong background in leading finance process improvements and system implementations.
