Kering Accounts Payable Manager

- Provide leadership and direction to the Accounts Payable team.
- Ensure performance meets or exceeds service level agreement targets.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of global finance transformation initiatives for the P2P function in Japan.
- Support Kering brands locally by developing new Accounts Payable processes and controls.
- Support Controllers in their information requests.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Accounts Payables to ensure complete payment processing data.
- Ensure accurate and timely daily invoice processing and error investigation.
- Prepare daily payment schedules and assess fund availability.
- Assist with payment processing on group banking systems.
- Support preparation of audit requests from internal and external auditors.
- Lead projects related to SAP and modules implementation.
- Certified accountant preferred.
- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Competence in managing high volumes of data.
- Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in finance systems implementation, preferably SAP.
- Data analysis and reporting implementation skills.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in shared services or complex matrix organizations. Successful previous experience in a Project Manager position and a strong background in leading finance process improvements and system implementations.
