1. Manage incoming invoices and ensure their consistency and reconciliation with payment applications.
2. Process staff expenses in the system and address employee inquiries.
3. Collect and update vendor and employee bank details.
4. Post advanced payments and manage payment processes.
5. Conduct intercompany settlements and bank reconciliations.
6. Oversee bank balance management, including intercompany borrow and loan activities.
7. Lead accounts payable related projects.

1. Approximately 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
2. Recognized professional qualification in accountancy.
3. Experience in an accounting department.
4. Knowledge of Japanese accounting rules.

1. Proficiency in ERP applications, particularly the AP module.
2. Experience with SAP implementation.
3. Vendor master management experience is preferable.
4. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
5. Flexibility and openness to new ideas.
6. Rigorous attention to detail and responsiveness.
7. Customer-oriented mindset.
8. Team player with strong English communication skills.

A minimum of three years in an accounts payable or similar accounting role, with experience in ERP systems and SAP implementation.

Professional qualification in accountancy is required.
