- Coordinate external audits and reporting with external auditors.
- Provide requested documents to auditors directly in SAP.
- Participate in process reviews with auditors for internal control review.
- Set and ensure adherence to timelines with the O2C team.
- Participate in ongoing projects.
- Act as a key contact for activity transfer between shared service centers and the O2C EMEA team.
- Implement missing internal control procedures for the O2C stream for external auditors.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, Finance, or enrolled in a business school/university.
- Previous internship experience in an audit firm.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with strong adaptability.
- Interest in ERP systems.
- Project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
