Kering Accounting Manager

- Lead the transactional accounting team in managing Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes for multiple brands.
- Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
- Review team outputs, prepare detailed breakdowns, reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
- Enhance team capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
- Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments and brand teams.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting and team management experience in multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Managerial experience is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Hyperion is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a matrix environment.
- Organized with a proactive, can-do attitude.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and team management within multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
