1. Lead the transactional accounting team in managing Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes for multiple brands.
2. Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
3. Review team outputs, prepare detailed breakdowns, reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
4. Enhance team capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
6. Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
7. Coordinate with various departments and brand teams.
8. Perform additional duties as required.

1. Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting and team management experience in multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.
3. Managerial experience is essential.

1. Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Hyperion is highly preferred.
2. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a matrix environment.
5. Organized with a proactive, can-do attitude.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and team management within multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
