Kering Accountant - Record to Report

- Perform month-end and year-end closing with a focus on intercompany transactions, ensuring streamlined processes for accelerated reporting.
- Lead fixed asset management, including policy standardization, process control, and full-cycle asset processing.
- Facilitate cross-team understanding of new accounting standards and train team members in technical principles.
- Document and map current processes to align with the global SSC model and calendar.
- Support the implementation of Kering Group’s internal controls framework, ensuring control objectives are met and documented.
- Collaborate with SAP and P2P teams to align and facilitate intercompany and fixed asset processing, resolving disputes as needed.
- Coordinate with local and regional treasury on intercompany payment proposals and cash flow monitoring.
- Leverage digital capabilities to support the SSC objective of becoming paperless.
- Engage in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and transformation projects.
- Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm, preferably Big 4.
- Experience in major transformational projects involving financial systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Experience with APAC market exposures.
- Project management skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Agility and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
A minimum of five years in finance and accounting roles, with at least two years in a public accounting firm, preferably within the Big 4.
Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
