1. Perform month-end and year-end closing with a focus on intercompany transactions, ensuring streamlined processes for accelerated reporting.
2. Lead fixed asset management, including policy standardization, process control, and full-cycle asset processing.
3. Facilitate cross-team understanding of new accounting standards and train team members in technical principles.
4. Document and map current processes to align with the global SSC model and calendar.
5. Support the implementation of Kering Group’s internal controls framework, ensuring control objectives are met and documented.
6. Collaborate with SAP and P2P teams to align and facilitate intercompany and fixed asset processing, resolving disputes as needed.
7. Coordinate with local and regional treasury on intercompany payment proposals and cash flow monitoring.
8. Leverage digital capabilities to support the SSC objective of becoming paperless.
9. Engage in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and transformation projects.

1. Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
2. 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
3. Minimum 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm, preferably Big 4.
4. Experience in major transformational projects involving financial systems and processes.

1. Strong knowledge of SAP.
2. Experience with APAC market exposures.
3. Project management skills.
4. Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
5. Agility and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Willingness to travel occasionally.

A minimum of five years in finance and accounting roles, with at least two years in a public accounting firm, preferably within the Big 4.

Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
