Kering Accountant - Purchase to Pay

- Execute team processes including invoice processing within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address vendor and user inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in troubleshooting, decision-making, and identifying potential issues or risks.
- Monitor, manage, and improve service levels.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Provide backup support for Senior Accountant or Team Lead.
- Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Coach and train new team members, ensuring a balanced workload.
- Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Finance, or Accounting with 2 years of experience.
- Ability to assess and resolve problems promptly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of expenditure cycle and treasury functions.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work well in a team.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for diploma holders or 2 years for degree holders in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
