Kering Accountant - Purchase to Pay

1. Execute team processes including invoice processing within service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Escalate and resolve issues promptly.
3. Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
4. Address vendor and user inquiries efficiently.
5. Assist in troubleshooting, decision-making, and identifying potential issues or risks.
6. Monitor, manage, and improve service levels.
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
8. Provide backup support for Senior Accountant or Team Lead.
9. Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
10. Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures.
11. Participate in continuous improvement of process efficiency and effectiveness.
12. Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
13. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
14. Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
15. Coach and train new team members, ensuring a balanced workload.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Finance, or Accounting with 2 years of experience.

1. Ability to assess and resolve problems promptly.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Intermediate knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
4. Understanding of expenditure cycle and treasury functions.
5. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
6. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
7. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work well in a team.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for diploma holders or 2 years for degree holders in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
