1. Perform reconciliation of audited transactions against credit card acquirer transactions using BlackLine and SAP.
2. Match daily credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs for accuracy.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between audited transactions and credit card acquirer data.
4. Review BlackLine exceptions and open tickets to correct mapping issues.
5. Conduct daily checks and balances of POS data versus credit card acquirer data, reporting issues to the Sr O2C Accountant BlackLine Manager.
6. Produce reconciliations for various GL accounts to ensure correct clearing of debits and credits and review outstanding items.
7. Perform monthly reconciliations for review with Sr O2C Accountant and BlackLine Manager.
8. At month-end, produce reconciliation for GL accounts to determine accruals for outstanding credit card fees, chargebacks, and write-offs.

1. 5+ years of relevant work experience.
2. Clear understanding of basic General Ledger and accounting processes.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical capabilities.
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and present information clearly.
5. Knowledge of SAP, BlackLine, and reconciliation systems preferred.
6. Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Candidates should have over five years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for those with cashier, banking, or accounting backgrounds.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $68,000 per year.
