- Reconcile and audit sales transactions across boutiques, department store corners, and inter-company sales.
- Issue invoices to department stores and other clients, including re-billings.
- Track and record client payments.
- Justify customer accounts, payment accounts, and sales accounts.
- Monitor outstanding debts and perform follow-ups.
- Verify the integration and/or entry of banking operations in coordination with other departments, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct monthly closing activities in compliance with rules and timelines, including flash sales, inter-company reconciliations, account justifications, and provision determinations.
- Participate in annual closing, budgeting, and other projects.
- Minimum Bac+2 in Accounting.
- Previous experience in a similar role, including internships or apprenticeships, in a company or accounting firm.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
Candidates should have prior experience in a similar accounting role, which may include internships or apprenticeships.
Minimum Bac+2 in Accounting.
