1. Maintain and update general ledger and financial records in accordance with local and international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Book vendor invoices, bank movements, and other general ledger entries, including period-end accruals and depreciation.
4. Manage the full invoice cycle from registration to timely and complete payment.
5. Oversee payment flow and credit collection, monitoring cash flow and financial planning processes.
6. Collaborate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
7. Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
8. Support other finance-related tasks and projects as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or audit.
3. Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
4. Good user of an accounting ERP, with Oracle NetSuite as a plus.
5. Knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or audit is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
