1. Participate in showroom organization meetings with various departments and report on these meetings.
2. Research and liaise with service providers.
3. Recruit and manage temporary staff for showroom events.
4. Develop and technically oversee the client appointment schedule using Excel.
5. Coordinate appointment bookings with area managers and provide regular updates.
6. Prepare sales support tools for the showroom.
7. Oversee the operational and logistical setup of showrooms.
8. Manage the appointment schedule during showroom events.
9. Welcome global clients and supervise hostesses.
10. Coordinate with various service providers to ensure smooth operations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
2. Previous experience in a corporate environment.
