Kenzo Wholesale Manager

- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring seamless communication with store staff, buyers, and headquarters.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Kenzo’s DNA and storytelling across the wholesale network.
- Develop and implement seasonal and annual sales targets for each wholesale partner, in alignment with strategic objectives from headquarters.
- Drive the achievement of commercial targets by collaborating closely with buying teams, partners, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor sell-through and stock levels, providing recommendations to optimize turnover and enhance performance.
- Support the sales strategy for the Americas and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Sell collections during Paris showroom appointments, ensuring strong assortment planning and replenishment proposals.
- Oversee the execution of Kenzo’s Visual Merchandising guidelines across wholesale accounts to ensure optimal brand representation.
- Provide detailed sales analysis, including feedback on product performance and market trends, to headquarters teams.
- Regularly visit stores to assess business performance and align on merchandising and training needs.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or a related commercial role in fashion/luxury.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong ability to analyze sales data.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising and product training is a plus.
- French or Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
A minimum of 5 years in wholesale, retail, or a related commercial role within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
