1. Lead the standardization of Ready-to-Wear models, ensuring quality control, measurement accuracy, and product conformity.
2. Collaborate closely with the Collection Service, Atelier, and External Offices to create technical production dossiers and conduct risk analysis to ensure industrial feasibility and stylistic integrity.
3. Communicate technical dossiers to manufacturers and report potential material or production challenges to Planning, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
4. Oversee the production sample process through to production approval.
5. Ensure adherence to the production schedule from standardization to market release, in alignment with the seasonal calendar.
6. Monitor production quality both in-line and upon receipt, proposing improvements for factory processes or post-production corrections.
7. Manage corrections in collaboration with manufacturers and external partners.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion industry.

1. Proficiency in LECTRA and experience with PLM systems, particularly Centric.
2. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
3. Expertise in working with Chain and Weft products for both men and women, including knowledge of denim, knitwear, and jersey.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage urgent situations.
5. Result-oriented with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.

A minimum of 10 years in similar roles, with experience in Chain and Weft products for both men and women, and familiarity with denim, knitwear, and jersey.

Background in pattern making with LECTRA, model mechanic, or experience in a garment manufacturing workshop/factory.
