1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Kenzo.
2. Embody and communicate the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, and build lasting relationships.
6. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
7. Process sales confidently and professionally.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.
11. Lead the team through briefings, objective setting, training, and coaching.
12. Foster team spirit, motivate the team, and drive sales efficiency.
13. Instruct and supervise staff in operating procedures, pricing, and merchandise handling.
14. Evaluate Sales Associates' performance and provide feedback.
15. Manage day-to-day business and administrative needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong understanding of Kenzo Paris DNA and brand heritage.
2. Ability to uphold brand image through visual merchandising and store standards.
3. Deep knowledge of fashion culture, trends, and competitors.
4. Excellent communication skills adaptable to diverse client profiles.
5. Adherence to uniform and grooming guidelines.
6. Positive mindset and exemplary behavior in all circumstances.
7. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
