1. Lead the implementation of the 'People at Heart' campaign at the Maison level, collaborating closely with the HR team.
2. Conduct Organization & Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents and ensure leadership continuity.
3. Develop succession plans for key positions in alignment with Global HRD and COMEX members.
4. Explore career advancement opportunities within the Division and Group to offer the best prospects for talent.
5. Design and implement the Talent Development Roadmap focusing on leadership and management development.
6. Collaborate with regional teams to enhance learning offerings and career development opportunities.
7. Facilitate nominations for LVMH HOUSE programmes and coordinate learning opportunities with the Fashion Group division.
8. Support HR teams in achieving objectives, particularly during performance review campaigns.
9. Represent the Maison in Group project and mobility committees, sharing best practices and challenges.
10. Cultivate knowledge of high-potential profiles in the Fashion sector and support their development.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development/management.

10. Training facilitation and design expertise.
11. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
