- Lead the implementation of the 'People at Heart' campaign at the Maison level, collaborating closely with the HR team.
- Conduct Organization & Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents and ensure leadership continuity.
- Develop succession plans for key positions in alignment with Global HRD and COMEX members.
- Explore career advancement opportunities within the Division and Group to offer the best prospects for talent.
- Design and implement the Talent Development Roadmap focusing on leadership and management development.
- Collaborate with regional teams to enhance learning offerings and career development opportunities.
- Facilitate nominations for LVMH HOUSE programmes and coordinate learning opportunities with the Fashion Group division.
- Support HR teams in achieving objectives, particularly during performance review campaigns.
- Represent the Maison in Group project and mobility committees, sharing best practices and challenges.
- Cultivate knowledge of high-potential profiles in the Fashion sector and support their development.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development/management.
- Proactive and innovative approach.
- Experience in international and multicultural environments.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
- Agility and autonomy in project management.
- Passion for and knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Candidate interviewing and evaluation expertise.
- Ability to lead mobility/recruitment processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Data analytics and synthesis skills.
- Training facilitation and design expertise.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
Minimum of 10 years in HR, with significant experience in talent development and management.
