1. Lead and manage the store team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
2. Oversee store operations, including housekeeping, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
3. Manage customer relationships, maintain the customer database, and drive appointment bookings.
4. Identify opportunities to expand the customer database and enhance client retention.
5. Facilitate effective communication within the team to ensure engagement and knowledge sharing.

1. Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Proven track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.

1. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and develop staff.
2. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client relationships.
3. Proficiency in CRM systems and client relationship management.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles is required, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
