1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's values and image to customers and the store team.
2. Implement and maintain visual guidelines to ensure an elevated brand image.
3. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service consistently.
4. Develop and drive a CRM strategy to maintain high customer engagement.
5. Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity.
6. Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular cycle counts and inventories.
7. Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
8. Analyze sales performance and market trends to propose strategies for maximizing sales.
9. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development for the sales team.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and communicate any discrepancies.
11. Submit weekly reports to stakeholders in Paris and build strong relationships with local and remote stakeholders.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven experience in driving positive customer interactions.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
6. Passion for inspiring and influencing a team with integrity and professionalism.
7. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years of direct people management experience.
