1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating the brand's passion and values.
2. Implement and maintain visual guidelines to ensure the store reflects the brand's elevated image.
3. Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service consistently.
4. Develop and drive a CRM strategy to foster customer relationships.
5. Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity.
6. Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventory checks.
7. Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
8. Monitor market trends and sales performance to propose strategic action plans.
9. Conduct regular team reviews to communicate objectives and provide feedback.
10. Coach, train, and develop the sales team to maintain a high-performance environment.
11. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
12. Submit weekly reports to stakeholders in Paris and build strong stakeholder relationships.

1. 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

1. Strong analytical skills to interpret selling reports and identify trends.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Outstanding organizational skills.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
5. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of three years in a luxury retail environment, including two years of direct management experience.
