1. Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Kenzo among customers and the store team.
2. Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the in-store customer experience.
3. Drive customer service excellence to ensure a superior client journey and foster customer loyalty.
4. Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
5. Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories and stock takes.
6. Set and monitor sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
7. Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings to communicate objectives and review performance.
8. Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and addressing HR issues.
9. Participate in regular management meetings to share insights and best practices.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
11. Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with senior management and head office.

1. Degree level education or higher
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail
3. At least 3 years of experience in managing teams
4. Excellent knowledge of UK Retail Laws, security, and Health and Safety Legislation

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
