Kenzo Store Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Kenzo among customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the in-store customer experience.
- Drive customer service excellence to ensure a superior client journey and foster customer loyalty.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories and stock takes.
- Set and monitor sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
- Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings to communicate objectives and review performance.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment, training, and addressing HR issues.
- Participate in regular management meetings to share insights and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with senior management and head office.
- Degree level education or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail
- At least 3 years of experience in managing teams
- Excellent knowledge of UK Retail Laws, security, and Health and Safety Legislation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Degree level or above
