- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying and communicating the brand's values and image.
- Implement and maintain visual guidelines to ensure an elevated brand image in the store.
- Enhance and uphold customer service standards to deliver world-class service consistently.
- Develop and drive a CRM strategy to foster client relationships.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventory checks.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to set sales and KPI targets.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to propose strategic action plans.
- Conduct regular team reviews to communicate objectives and provide feedback.
- Coach, train, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with them.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports and identify business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in driving positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
