Kenzo Store Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador by embodying and communicating the brand's values and image.
- Implement and maintain visual guidelines to ensure an elevated brand image in the store.
- Enhance and uphold customer service standards to deliver world-class service consistently.
- Develop and drive a CRM strategy to foster client relationships.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventory checks.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports and identify business opportunities.
- Demonstrated experience in driving positive customer interactions.
