- Enhance customer service standards, ensuring world-class service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and drive a CRM strategy to foster client relationships.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity, setting and achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular cycle counts and inventories.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and propose action plans to maximize sales.
- Conduct regular team reviews to communicate objectives, recognize success, and provide feedback.
- Coach, train, and develop the sales team to ensure a high-performance atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, communicating any discrepancies.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with local and remote stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Experience in driving positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
