6. Monitor stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular cycle counts and inventories.

9. Coach, train, and develop the sales team to ensure a high-performance atmosphere.
10. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, communicating any discrepancies.
11. Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with local and remote stakeholders.

1. 3+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
2. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
3. Proven ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Experience in driving positive customer interactions.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
