- Embody and communicate the brand's passion and pride, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Implement and maintain visual guidelines to ensure an elevated brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to consistently deliver world-class service.
- Develop and drive a CRM strategy to enhance client relationships.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and productivity.
- Ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventory checks.
- Set and monitor sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive strategies.
- Conduct regular team reviews to communicate objectives and provide feedback.
- Coach, train, and develop the sales team to maintain a high-performance atmosphere.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders in Paris and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports and identify business opportunities.
- Experience in driving positive customer interactions.
