- Communicate an authentic passion and pride for the brand, embodying its image for customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain all visual guidelines to uphold an elevated brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure world-class service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and drive a CRM strategy to improve client management.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and deliver productivity.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and stock loss is minimized through regular inventory checks.
- Set sales and KPI targets in liaison with the Managing Director.
- Monitor and communicate market trends to create competitive strategies.
- Schedule regular reviews with the team to communicate objectives and provide feedback.
- Coach, train, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to stakeholders and build strong relationships with them.
- 3+ years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in driving positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Entrepreneurial perspective and ability to succeed in fast-changing environments.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends and opportunities.
- Passion to inspire and influence a team with integrity and professionalism.
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years of direct management experience.
