1. Ensure each customer has a unique and memorable experience while maintaining the brand's image and culture.

3. Receive, unpack, sort, check, label, and store merchandise efficiently.
4. Manage all incoming and outgoing stock flows using the dedicated IT application.
5. Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness in compliance with safety standards.
6. Conduct weekly rolling inventories and bi-annual tax inventories.
7. Propose and implement action plans to reduce shrinkage.
8. Manage the sales area and prepare restocking in collaboration with sales teams.
9. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize stock levels and ensure efficient sales outlet organization.

1. Ability to manage the receipt of numerous goods quickly and efficiently.
2. Enthusiasm, rigor, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
