1. Maintain and operate an efficient stock room to support the sales team in maximizing profitable sales.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador by embodying the Kenzo brand image and understanding its DNA.
3. Drive product knowledge to stay informed on the entire product range, including product care and stock availability.
4. Support the sales team by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
5. Ensure stock room standards are upheld, with products correctly boxed, labeled, and stored.
6. Conduct regular inventories and stock takes to minimize stock loss.
7. Record all internal stock transfers accurately and resolve stock discrepancies.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales efficiency and adhere to company policies.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock control within a fashion environment, preferably luxury.
2. Education to A Levels or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in CEJID, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
2. Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
5. Proactive problem-solving approach.

Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control, preferably in a luxury fashion environment.

A Levels or equivalent.
