2. Oversee semi-annual inventories in Europe and support global inventory efforts, focusing on analysis and optimization of unknown shrinkage.
3. Manage all return campaigns in Europe and act as a key partner for global return campaigns.
4. Diagnose and recommend stock management and control procedures globally.
5. Supervise the adjustment of all stock discrepancies at the point of sale, including negative stocks.
6. Oversee all stock flows to points of sale, including implementation, restocking, and transfers.
