1. Manage inventory and stockroom operations.
2. Anticipate and plan deliveries in collaboration with the supervisor.
3. Receive, unpack, sort, verify, label, scan, and organize merchandise.
4. Manage all incoming and outgoing flows in the dedicated software application.
5. Organize and maintain a clean and orderly stockroom in compliance with safety standards.
6. Conduct weekly cycle counts and semi-annual fiscal inventories.
7. Propose and follow action plans to reduce unknown shrinkage.
8. Manage sales floor inventory.
9. Prepare restocking in coordination with sales teams.
10. Collaborate with sales teams to optimize stock and ensure optimal store organization.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Initiative-taking and ability to manage high volumes of merchandise efficiently.
2. Enthusiasm, rigor, adaptability, and organizational skills.

A minimum of three years in inventory management or a related field is required.
