Kenzo Senior Product Development Specialist

- Oversee the development of the Chaine et Trame collection from sketch to final product.
- Collaborate with Style and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment on creative expectations, product details, and target pricing.
- Communicate technical dossiers to manufacturers and optimize development timelines and costs.
- Propose technical solutions to balance style desires, manufacturing constraints, and target pricing while maximizing perceived quality.
- Develop washes, dyes, and embellishments such as embroidery and screen printing.
- Validate color and print standards with the Style team.
- Participate in collection fittings, providing feedback and tracking alterations.
- Translate technical aspects for optimal communication to factories.
- Update collection tracking documents and PLM BOMs throughout development, including supplies.
- Monitor employment calculations for custom-made products.
- Launch collection repetitions with updated tech packs and ensure timely receipt.
- Ensure product compliance before showroom presentation.
- Conduct standardization fittings with the quality service and validate nomenclatures for production.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering with a specialization in Fashion from a Fashion School.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar role within a Ready-to-Wear House, with strong knowledge of Outerwear and embellishments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ORLI, and PLM systems.
- Organizational skills, dynamism, ingenuity, pragmatism, perseverance, and autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse and changing environments.
- Fluency in French and English, with technical English proficiency.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product development within the fashion industry, particularly in outerwear and embellishments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering with a specialization in Fashion.
