Kenzo Senior Financial Controller

- Serve as a business partner in budget management for the Studio, production teams, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
- Analyze warehouse costs and support negotiation processes.
- Monitor purchase commitments, regional Sell Thru, and reorders in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Actively participate in monthly closures, ensuring compliance with management rules.
- Consolidate, monitor, and manage stock levels of finished products and raw materials.
- Track end-of-season residuals and consolidate liquidation plans with merchandising teams.
- Organize and lead monthly committee meetings on raw materials, following up on action plans.
- Ensure the integrity of PRI analysis and integration via PLM tools, and manage standard vs. actual PRI reconciliation.
- Analyze Base 100 margin during showroom periods.
- Construct and analyze intra-business unit margins, focusing on internal wholesale billing rates.
- Support pricing strategy by country in collaboration with regional leaders.
- Ensure adherence to pricing for each product category and distribution channel.
- Oversee the pricing update process managed by the Pricing Analyst in Anaplan, including showrooms, promotions, price changes, and special operations.
- Manage and mentor a junior Pricing Analyst.
- University degree or business school diploma with a specialization in finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operational financial control.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to handle large data files.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent team collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
