- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Uphold the brand's core values in customer interactions and team coaching.
- Cultivate lasting client relationships to enhance retention.
- Develop and maintain a client book to foster an engaged clientele.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
- Anticipate merchandise needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
- Support visual merchandising and operations through the management of fixtures and props.
- Complete all paperwork and procedures accurately.
- Oversee client delivery processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
- Assist in resolving client situations.
- Coach selling staff and facilitate sales.
- Collaborate with management on stock, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.
- Support inventory and cycle count processes.
- Coordinate with management on replenishment, collection feedback, and product performance.
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
- Previous experience with European or luxury brands is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably with European or luxury brands.
$19-$22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
