1. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.

4. Develop and maintain a client book to foster an engaged clientele.
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain inventory in an organized and secure manner.
7. Anticipate merchandise needs and provide proactive solutions.
8. Ensure all merchandise is properly ticketed.
9. Support visual merchandising and operations through the management of fixtures and props.
10. Complete all paperwork and procedures accurately.
11. Oversee client delivery processes and troubleshoot issues.
12. Perform store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
13. Assist in resolving client situations.
14. Coach selling staff and facilitate sales.
15. Collaborate with management on stock, visual merchandising, and product knowledge.
16. Support inventory and cycle count processes.
17. Coordinate with management on replenishment, collection feedback, and product performance.

1. 3+ years of experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
2. Previous experience with European or luxury brands is highly desirable.
3. Proven track record of driving positive customer interactions.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably with European or luxury brands.

$19-$22 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
