Kenzo Selling Supervisor

1. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
2. Uphold brand values while assisting customers and coaching the sales team.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client retention.
4. Maintain an organized and efficient inventory.
5. Anticipate merchandise needs and provide solutions for space and storage.
6. Ensure all merchandise is ticketed and support visual merchandising needs.
7. Perform store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
8. Assist in resolving client issues and coaching sales staff.
9. Support inventory management and replenishment processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
2. Experience with European and/or luxury brands is highly desirable.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer interactions.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational abilities.
3. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail sales, preferably with European or luxury brands.

$20-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
