Responsibilities
- Serve as an Ambassador of the Kenzo brand, providing an exceptional customer journey.
- Welcome clients to the store and ensure they feel comfortable.
- Build relationships with clients to assist in product selection and offer advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
- Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Gather and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and participating in training.
- Support stock control and management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs
- Excellent personal presentation as a Kenzo Brand Ambassador
- Understanding of Retail KPIs
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
