1. Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences to build and maintain client loyalty.
2. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment.
3. Cultivate relationships with clients to assist in product selection and offer tailored advice.
4. Promote additional products and share in-depth product knowledge.
5. Process sales transactions professionally while maintaining client rapport.
6. Collect and manage client CRM details to enhance client relationships and build a comprehensive client book.
7. Uphold store standards in stock management and visual merchandising, reflecting the Kenzo brand image.
8. Adhere to behavioral and dress code standards as set by the Store Manager.
9. Continuously enhance product knowledge through trend analysis, in-store training, and independent research.
10. Assist in stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

4. Understanding of Retail KPIs

A minimum of three years in a sales role, preferably within the fashion industry, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
