Kenzo Sales Consultant

- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and fostering client loyalty to enhance profitability and productivity.
- Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to assist in product selection, offering advice and maintaining rapport.
- Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing extensive product knowledge.
- Confidently and professionally process sales while maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
- Exceed behavioral expectations in the store, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends, participating in training, and seeking relevant product information.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Kenzo Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of Retail KPIs.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
