1. Achieve individual and store sales targets, meeting all KPIs and CRM requirements.
2. Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
3. Drive growth of the local client network and recruit prospective clients.
4. Build lasting client relationships by understanding desires and providing tailored advice.
5. Maintain client books to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
6. Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and share product information.
7. Foster positive communication and teamwork among retail staff.
8. Support merchandise inventory management, including tracking and replenishment.
9. Assist with stock refilling, unpacking, packing, and sorting.
10. Maintain visual display standards as directed by the Visual Merchandising department.
11. Participate in store projects and back-office procedures, including POS usage and inventory counts.
12. Ensure store maintenance and adherence to stockroom guidelines.
13. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize stock loss or theft.

1. Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and its practices.
