1. Achieve individual and store sales targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer relationship management (CRM) requirements.
2. Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories, demonstrating strong matchmaking skills.
3. Cultivate and expand the local client network, recruiting and converting prospective clients.
4. Foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing tailored advice.
5. Maintain and utilize client books to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
6. Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and share information on collections and product arrivals.
7. Maintain open and constructive communication with team members.
8. Support merchandise inventory management by tracking inventory and assisting with stock replenishment.
9. Assist in the visual display of merchandise, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
10. Participate in store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring accurate use of the point of sale (POS) system.
11. Engage in inventory counts and goods receptions, maintaining store functionality and adhering to stockroom guidelines.
12. Ensure vigilance in store security and loss prevention to minimize stock loss or theft.

1. Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market and its practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

1. Exceptional customer service and selling skills.
2. Proficiency in mix and match styling for Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
3. Strong fashion sense and flair.

At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience.
