- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer relationship management (CRM) requirements.
- Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories, demonstrating strong matchmaking skills.
- Cultivate and expand the local client network, recruiting and converting prospective clients.
- Foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their desires and providing tailored advice.
- Maintain and utilize client books to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and share information on collections and product arrivals.
- Maintain open and constructive communication with team members.
- Support merchandise inventory management by tracking inventory and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Assist in the visual display of merchandise, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring accurate use of the point of sale (POS) system.
- Engage in inventory counts and goods receptions, maintaining store functionality and adhering to stockroom guidelines.
- Ensure vigilance in store security and loss prevention to minimize stock loss or theft.
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and its practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service and selling skills.
- Proficiency in mix and match styling for Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
- Strong fashion sense and flair.
At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, with a preference for luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear (RTW) experience.
