- Achieve individual and store sales targets, including all KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Focus on cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Drive growth of the local client network and convert prospective clients.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their desires and providing tailored advice.
- Maintain client books to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Communicate with clients to arrange appointments and share information on collections and product arrivals.
- Maintain open, positive, and constructive communication with team members.
- Track physical inventory and inform the Store Manager about product replenishment needs.
- Assist with the unpacking, packing, and sorting of stock.
- Maintain visual standards of merchandise as directed by the Visual Merchandising department.
- Participate in store projects and back-office procedures, ensuring proficient use of POS systems.
- Participate in inventory counts and goods receptions, ensuring store maintenance and adherence to stockroom guidelines.
- Prevent and minimize the risk of stock loss or theft.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Experience with Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is advantageous.
- Understanding of the luxury market and its practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Motivated and driven with a flair for fashion.
- Proficient in customer service and selling techniques.
- Ability to mix and match Ready-to-Wear (RTW) items effectively.
Beginner level experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
