- Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in selecting products and offering expert advice.
- Introduce complementary products and share extensive product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
- Collect and manage client CRM details to build a comprehensive client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in training.
- Support stock control and management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the store's action plans.
- Provide high-quality feedback to store managers.
- Stay informed about the local business environment, including competition and best practices.
- Master the selling ceremony from welcoming to after-sales services.
- Develop long-term client relationships to build loyalty and engagement.
- Create strong connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierges.
- Demonstrate team spirit and assist in skill development of new team members.
- Show autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to various client profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to embody the Kenzo brand DNA and act as a brand ambassador.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
