1. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and fostering client loyalty to maximize sales and productivity.
2. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment and building rapport to assist in product selection.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships and gathering CRM details for personalized follow-up.
5. Maintain store standards in stock management and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
6. Exceed behavioral standards, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
7. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and participating in training.
8. Support stock control and management.
9. Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the store's action plans.
10. Provide high-quality feedback to store managers and stay informed about the local competitive environment.
11. Master the selling ceremony and develop long-term client relationships through loyalty-building activities.
12. Collaborate with personal shoppers, stylists, and conciergeries to optimize client connections.
