- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
- Provide qualitative feedback to managers.
- Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition, and gather intelligence on competitors' sales figures and best practices.
- Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
- Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
- Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, in skill development.
- Act autonomously and with commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining knowledge of the brand's heritage and current positioning.
- Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of fashion products, trends, and competitors.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
- Adapt communication style to each client's profile, using both local language and English.
- Exhibit impeccable etiquette and a positive mindset in all interactions.
- Comply with all procedures in accordance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Suggest improvements to current procedures for enhanced efficiency.
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong fashion industry knowledge.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation.
A minimum of three years in a sales role within the fashion industry is required.
