1. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, contributing to the implementation of store action plans.
2. Provide qualitative feedback to managers.
3. Understand the commercial environment of the store, including local competition, and gather intelligence on competitors' sales figures and best practices.
4. Master the sales ceremony from greeting to after-sales service.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of product storytelling and details, including collections, seasons, and compositions.
6. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through data collection, thank-you cards, and invitations.
7. Establish connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierge services.
8. Demonstrate teamwork by supporting colleagues, particularly new hires, in skill development.
9. Act autonomously and with commitment to ensure business continuity.
10. Embody the Kenzo brand as an ambassador, maintaining knowledge of the brand's heritage and current positioning.
11. Ensure store standards align with brand image, including visual merchandising and maintenance.

1. Minimum of three years of sales experience in the fashion industry.
2. Fluency in English.
