- Gather and manage client CRM details to ensure personalized follow-up and build a client book.
- Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the Kenzo image.
- Exceed behavioral requirements, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
- Enhance product knowledge by staying updated with fashion trends and participating in store training.
- Support stock control and management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to store action plans.
- Provide high-quality feedback to store managers.
- Stay informed about the business environment, including local competition.
- Master the selling ceremony from welcoming to after-sales services.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and build loyalty.
- Create connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and conciergeries.
- Demonstrate team spirit and support skill improvement among colleagues.
- Exhibit autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
