- Support stock control and management.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the store's action plans.
- Communicate high-quality feedback to store managers.
- Stay informed about the business environment, including local competition.
- Master the selling ceremony from welcoming to after-sales services.
- Develop long-term client relationships to build loyalty and engagement.
- Create and optimize connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and concierges.
- Demonstrate team spirit and assist in skill development, especially for new joiners.
- Exhibit autonomy and commitment to ensure business continuity.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills adaptable to diverse client profiles.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and competitor awareness.
- Ability to embody Kenzo Paris DNA and act as a brand ambassador.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of appearance and behavior.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
