1. Achieve individual and store sales targets and goals.
2. Utilize product knowledge to enhance the selling ceremony, maximizing sales and transaction value.
3. Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
4. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to enhance client retention.
5. Promote store events through various communication channels such as email, phone, and personalized notes.
6. Assist in general housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store's image.
7. Support inventory controls, including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
8. Maintain stockroom inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
9. Adhere to all company policies.

1. Prior selling experience preferred.

The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $23 hourly, dependent on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
