1. Achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Incorporate product knowledge in sales to maximize sales and transaction values.
3. Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
4. Develop lasting relationships with clients to increase retention.
5. Promote store events through various communication methods.
6. Assist in general housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store.
7. Support inventory controls including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
8. Maintain stockroom inventory efficiently and securely.
9. Adhere to all company policies.
