Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Incorporate product knowledge in sales to maximize sales and transaction values.
- Capture and enter relevant customer information into the database.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients to increase retention.
- Promote store events through various communication methods.
- Assist in general housekeeping and visual maintenance of the store.
- Support inventory controls including shipping, receiving, damages, and cycle counts.
- Maintain stockroom inventory efficiently and securely.
- Adhere to all company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates with prior selling background preferred.
- Desire to work in a retail setting with a focus on sales.
